The first time I heard this term, I said “That’s me!” Indeed, over the past decade, I have found many ways to create and enjoy food, drink, and cultural experiences. I spend much of my time cooking, traveling, writing, speaking, and entertaining while exploring the local culture wherever I am. Culture meets gastronomy. It doesn’t get much better than that!
